Fulfilment Australia has been named the winner of the Outstanding Specialised Business category at the 2026 Parramatta Local Business Awards.
The award was presented at the Parramatta Local Business Awards presentation night on 4 August 2026. The Local Business Awards recognise businesses across the Parramatta area for the quality of their service, their people and their contribution to the local community.
What the award recognises
The Outstanding Specialised Business category recognises businesses built around a specialist service. Finalists are put forward by the community, then assessed on the quality of their customer service, how their people are trained and motivated, how they promote their business and what they are doing on sustainability.
For Fulfilment Australia, that meant showing what a 3PL does behind the scenes: storing stock for online brands, then picking, packing and shipping their customers' orders every day at 99.97% accuracy, with orders placed before the 2pm cut-off leaving the same business day. The team has now shipped more than 3 million orders for Australian ecommerce brands.
